- Velcro strap to be sewn onto the shoes for fastening. We strongly advise against gluing the gaiter to the trail shoe, as we have found on several runs that the glue is not heat resistant.
-The desert gaiter has a special and unique fastening system. Sand can easily seep into every gap, which is why the gaiter comes with a velcro fastening system that needs to be attached to your shoes to ensure a hermetic seal. We recommend that you sew the Velcro directly to your shoes, and above all that you do not glue the Velcro to avoid any problems. We now offer this installation service
