The Maurten HydraPak Gel Mix Flask 350ml is a soft flask specifically designed for Maurten Gel Mix 480, giving runners a convenient way to carry and consume high-carbohydrate fuel during training and racing.

With a 350ml capacity, the flask is designed to hold 200ml of water plus a sachet of Gel Mix 480, providing up to 120g of carbohydrates in a compact, easy-to-carry format.

The SpeedFill™ screw cap makes refilling quick and easy, while the integrated bite valve allows you to consume your fuel on the move — ideal for long runs, trail races, gravel and endurance events.

How to Prepare

1. Fill the flask with 200ml of clean water.

2. Add your preferred Maurten Addition first, if desired, and shake.

3. Add one sachet of Gel Mix 480.

4. Shake vigorously until fully dissolved.

5. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes before consuming.
